1. Service Agreement
By accessing this website and booking our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. All hair services provided by Natalya Hair Expert are subject to availability and professional assessment.
2. Booking & Cancellation
We value your time and ours. Please adhere to the following:
- Appointments must be confirmed via WhatsApp.
- Please arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time.
- Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or rescheduling.
3. Consultation & Results
Final results may vary based on hair history, condition, and type. A professional consultation is required for all major color changes and technical services. We reserve the right to refuse service if the requested treatment may damage the integrity of your hair.
4. Liability
Natalya Hair Expert is not liable for any allergic reactions to products if the client has not disclosed sensitivities during the consultation. We recommend a patch test for new color clients.
